What began as a 15-hectare family farm along the banks of the Orange River in 1968 has grown into one of South Africa’s most respected agri-businesses.
Today, Karsten exports premium produce straight from our African soil to shelves and tables across the globe. But we’re more than just world-class produce. We’re a people-first team committed to growing and improving our communities.
From co-owning farms like Keboes with our workers to backing black women-owned ventures like Newgro, we invest in long-term, inclusive growth. Our School Enrichment Programme alone touches the lives of over 6,000 people annually. Supporting learners, assistant teachers, parents, and communities with tools for lasting success.
